Get some height in Percy-en-Normandie!
Situated at an altitude of 276 metres, Mont-Robin is one of the highest points in the Manche. From its orientation table, enjoy a panoramic view of the town and its surroundings for up to 40km in the round! On a clear day, you can even see large buildings such as Coutances Cathedral. This viewpoint offers a panoramic view of the entire Normandy bocage: this is why, during the Second World War, Mont-Robin was a strategic observation point for German troops.
On site, you will find: picnic tables, sanitary facilities, a children's playground and a fitness trail. All in the shade, to keep cool on a summer's day.
A must for a breath of fresh air
From the Mont, it is possible to hike to several loops: the GRP des Fondeurs de Cloches, the Chemins de Crête de Montabot, or other paths leading to Percy-en-Normandie. On foot, by bike or even on horseback thanks to the
Route des Abbayes on horseback!
