The visual artist Charlotte Noyelle stages her photographs, taken at random in the Normandy countryside, and merges them with the writings they have inspired in the authors of her associative publishing house. Her itinerant, ephemeral, vegetated installation takes an affectionate yet lucid look at a Normandy where the harmony between nature and man is often broken.



It all begins with shots taken in the five departments of Normandy by the artist, who explores the contemporary notion of landscape in the randomness of towns, riverbanks and fields. Added to this are writings freely inspired by the photographs by authors Emmanuelle Domin, Viviane Jourdan, Éloi Hamel, Kath Lefaucheux and Isabelle Gardien, who transpose the images according to their own poetic, serious, humorous or engaged universe. The whole is staged in a planted installation that wanders around Normandy all summer long.
